Returns and Refunds

At Parts.Store, we are committed to delivering quality parts and a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which eligible items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By placing an order with Parts.Store, you agree to the following terms.
  1. Return Eligibility
  2. Parts.Store sells both returnable and non-returnable items. Item eligibility is clearly stated at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing return eligibility before completing an order.
    • Only items marked as "Eligible for Return" at checkout qualify for refunds or exchanges.
    • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all components and documentation.
    • Returns must be initiated within 365 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
  4. Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
    • Electrical parts or components
    • Items flagged as non-returnable in our system
    • Special-order or customized parts
    • Items damaged due to improper installation or use
    Non-returnable items are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  5. Refund & Exchange Terms
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Exchanges are permitted only for identical or equivalent items, subject to availability.
    • Some returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on manufacturer or supplier requirements. Restocking fees, when applicable, will be disclosed at the time of return request.
    • Return shipping costs for eligible items are covered by Parts.Store. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon approval of the return.
  6. Return Process
  7. Parts.Store does not require a return authorization (RMA). To initiate a return, follow these steps:
    • Visit your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Confirm that the item(s) are unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return.
    • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
    • Ship the item back to the same warehouse it was originally shipped from. Warehouse address will be included on the return label.
  8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
  9. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item that is otherwise eligible for return:
    • Parts.Store will accept the return or issue a replacement at no cost to you.
    • No restocking fee will be applied.
    • Return shipping is covered.
    If the part received was correct but ordered in error by the customer, standard return terms and potential restocking fees apply.
  10. Cancellations
  11. Orders may be canceled at any time before they have shipped. If the order has already shipped, the customer must follow the standard return process.
  12. International Orders
  13. Parts.Store does not accept returns on orders shipped outside of the United States.
  14. Additional Notes
    • Items returned outside the 365-day window will not be accepted.
    • Exchanges are permitted only for identical or equivalent items, subject to availability.
    • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
    • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
