Parts.Store accepts returns within 30 days of purchase if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Some parts, including electrical, special-order, and customized items, are non-returnable. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (deducted from refund). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
