This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in EFE, Inc.'s Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
We do not use automated decision-making (where an electronic system uses personal information to make a decision about you without human intervention), but we do use Profiling. We do not consider that the use of profiling has any legal effect on you or significantly affects you.
You have the right to object to our use of profiling described in this section.
