New tail rim-wheel assembly. The 4` x 8` assembly is a 4 lug wheel with a 5` bolt hole center. The center hole is 3-5/8`, rim width is 3-1/2` and total wheel O.D. is 15`. Fits Fred Cain rotary cutters.
