The rugged STIHL DUROMATIC® Carving E guide bar is precision crafted from three pieces of high-quality steel and engineered for dependable performance. Each piece is stamped for consistent quality before being welded together for durability and induction-heat treated to provide high wear resistance. The nose of the bar is further strengthened by using a hard steel alloy that is laser welded in place.
