Powered by a 10 HP Baldor electric motor, operating on 208V–230V single-phase power, the 67HD is designed for reliable, long-term industrial operation. Running at 1,750 RPM, the motor drives a belt-driven General TS2021 triplex pump, significantly reducing heat, vibration, and mechanical stress while extending pump life during extended cleaning cycles.
A high-capacity electronic-ignition burner system, compatible with natural gas or LP, delivers up to 440,000 BTU, heating water to a maximum of 93°C / 200°F. This high-output hot water system dramatically improves cleaning efficiency while reducing chemical usage and overall labor time.
