With lower speeds to dig, they provide the torque needed to install screw anchors and dig with bits that are over 24 in. in diameter.OUTPUT SHAFTDurable 2-inch and 2.5-inch output shaft, to handle the torque output.TOP TASKS • Augers are ideal for digging holes for posts, piers, poles or trees.HOW IT WORKS• Durable Bobcat augers are compatible with Bobcat compact track loaders, skid-steer loaders, compact excavators, compact wheel loaders, telehandlers, small articulated loaders, Toolcat™ utility work machines and mini track loaders.   • To operate, raise the boom arms until the auger is vertical. Engage the hydraulics and apply down force to the auger to guide it into the ground.• Augers that operate at lower speeds, but higher torque deliver the power and force needed to dig in anchor applications and through other extreme ground conditions including rock, shale, clay and frost.   • We’ve recently added 12 -25 PC augers which feature a combination 2" hex / 2.5" round output shaft. With the addition of the PC augers, customers have a choice of round or hex bits available through aftermarket parts.REQUIRED COMPONENTSThe following components are required to operate this attachment and must be purchased separately: • A wide variety of auger bits and teeth are available to match your digging conditionsADDITIONAL DETAILSChoosing the right auger model is key to ensure the best reliability and durability on the jobsite. Simply match the job's soil conditions with the motors for the best performance.  Model 12PC/12PH & 14PC/14PH: Ideal for Low Torque and High-Speed applications. It is recommended for areas with relatively easy digging or loose soil. Up to 24 in. diameter bits.  Model 20PC/20PH & 25PC/25PH: Ideal for Medium Torque and Medium Speed applications. It is used for areas with moderate to heavy digging requirements, rocky soil, and occasional tough digging. Up to 36 in. diameter bits.  Model 30PH/35PH/50PH: Ideal for High Torque and Low Speed applications. It is recommended for Hard tough, all day digging through hardpan, frost, or asphalt.
