QUICK-THREADING INSTALLERLoading the fabric is quick and easy with the quick-threading installer, featuring a guide rod and chute. SPRING-LOADED END CAPThe spring-loaded end cap acts as a brake to keep the fence roll from unintentionally unrolling. The blade is positioned for optimum fence placement and the attachment is lowered into the ground. As the machine is driven, the silt fence unrolls automatically. When beginning to install a fence, the centering springs work to keep the blade straight, allowing for accurate placement. A quick change cap – mounted on the end of the silt fence installer – includes a spring-loaded plate which ensures proper tension on the fence roll, keeping the roll from accidentally unwinding while on the job. Good, economical choice for contractors with compact tractors. (Note: A Bob-Tach™ to 3-point adapter must be used to attach to loaders). • 72-Inch or 84-Inch Side Shift Frame: Positions the installer blade in multiple positions across the frame width to get close to obstacles such as buildings, streets and trees.
