Skytrak Telehandler Crowd (Extend/Retract) Cylinder Counter Balance Valve. The Counter Balance Valve controls the hydraulic functions of extension or retraction within the hydraulic pressure cylinder. The valve is located on the barrel end of the crowd cylinder. The valve is compatible with JLG model(s): 8042, 10042, 10054, 12054. Ensure proper assembly and serial range of machine.
