This 12,000 Lb Fork Mounted Crane Hook Attachment for use on various telehandler (Rough terrain forklift, Material handler) machines. Attachment rated to lift 12,000 lbs suspended, gives operator the ability to lift and lower loads without removing carriage assembly. Fork must be at minimum 3.75" below bottom of carriage for proper use with fork restraint pins.
