SEPPI KASTOR — STUMP GRINDER FOR TRACTORSEFFICIENT STUMP GRINDER FOR STUMPS WORKS TO A DEPTH OF 35 CMKASTOR is a stump grinder for tractors with 80–180 HP. With its 90 cm wide and 11 cm thick disc rotor, it tills tree stumps to a depth of 35 cm. The robust HRC tools with tungsten carbide inserts ensure high efficiency and durability. KASTOR works with the tractor stationary, the vertical rotor disc swivels 55 cm to the right and left. The hood can be raised and lowered during operation, allowing it to reach even the deepest tree stumps.HEAVY-DUTY, HIGH-PERFORMANCE STUMP GRINDER The machines in this series grind stumps of any diameter, with the protruding rotor disc they reach depths of 30 or 50 cm [12 or 20”], depending on the model. With KASTOR, the hood can also be raised and lowered to reach even deep stumps. It is also useful for spreading ground material. Thanks to the robust and light structure of the frame, the hydraulic components of the machine are protected from dirt and impacts. The MIDI KASTOR and KASTOR remove logs and the rhizomes on the road and in parks.
