It has a hydraulic parallelogram side shift of 107 cm and allows an inclination of -90° to -60°, enabling even hard-to-reach areas to be reached. The HELIX rotor with SMO flails efficiently shreds grass and brush up to 9 cm in diameter. The PENTALINK stabilisation system ensures secure mounting, while the FLEX-SAFE collision protection provides optimum accident protection. This enables it to withstand loads and easily handle curves and work on slopes. A long service life of the roller bearings is guaranteed, even under demanding conditions.• What many people don’t know is that the actual mulching work in a mulcher is done by the counter cutters. Depending on the model and application, more or fewer counter cutters are installed in the chassis and sometimes also under the hood, always with a view to optimum mulching and optimum power requirements. COUNTER CUTTERS from SEPPI M. are made of drop-forged steel; They are shaped in such a way that they perform very well in mulching and also have a very long service life.• FLEX-SAFE is a system that protects mulchers from damage caused by collisions with obstacles such as stones or tree stumps. It allows the SMO avs, L7 flex, or L9 flex offsetting mulchers to move out of the way flexibly. This prevents overload. Working at high speeds is possible without compromising safety.• Most SEPPI M. mulchers have had this feature since the beginning. The logo identifies machines with spiral-arranged tools or hammers on the rotor shaft. This results in impressively smooth running, low power requirements, reduced noise, and, last but not least, top-quality results.• The symbol S420 indicates that the main components of the machine are made of a special steel. This steel is particularly tough and resistant to fatigue, which can occur during heavy-duty use, even in the area of weld seams. This high-strength steel is often used in combination with wear inserts.• The spatially movable pull bar, named SPACELINK by Seppi M., supports the weight of the machines on the mounting frame and thus carries them gently over rough terrain.
