The robust chassis and the HELIX rotor with spiral-arranged flails ensure low-vibration operation and a clean cut. Depending on the model and application, more or fewer counter cutters are installed in the chassis and sometimes also under the hood, always with a view to optimum mulching and optimum power requirements. With the variably and continuously adjustable mulching flap, the discharge opening can always be adjusted to achieve optimum working results while at the same time minimizing power consumption.• A parallelogram side shift has the advantage of allowing a large shift in the required situations. This allows you to work particularly far under tree crowns, in ditches or on embankments. Greater reach is the key to easier and safer working.• The symbol S420 indicates that the main components of the machine are made of a special steel. This steel is particularly tough and resistant to fatigue, which can occur during heavy-duty use, even in the area of weld seams. This high-strength steel is often used in combination with wear inserts.• All mulchers and forestry tillers equipped with replaceable wear plates inside the chassis are marked with the WEARPLATE logo. The wear plates are always made of wear-resistant AR400 steel. Although the plates have a very long service life, it may be necessary to replace them after a certain period of time in applications involving heavy wear.
