The central fixed ISO 3-point linkage of the 2nd category allows front and rear mounting. A hydraulic drive is available as an option for hydraulically driven vehicles. This enables it to withstand loads and easily handle curves and work on slopes. A long service life of the roller bearings is guaranteed, even under demanding conditions.• What many people don’t know is that the actual mulching work in a mulcher is done by the counter cutters. Depending on the model and application, more or fewer counter cutters are installed in the chassis and sometimes also under the hood, always with a view to optimum mulching and optimum power requirements. COUNTER CUTTERS from SEPPI M. are made of drop-forged steel; They are shaped in such a way that they perform very well in mulching and also have a very long service life.• Mulchers with a double mounting frame can be driven both at the front and at the rear, as indicated by the FR logo. A wide variety of combinations are possible: pushed at the front, pulled at the rear or even pushed at the rear.• Most SEPPI M. mulchers have had this feature since the beginning. The logo identifies machines with spiral-arranged tools or hammers on the rotor shaft. This results in impressively smooth running, low power requirements, reduced noise, and, last but not least, top-quality results.• This is the adjustable hood on the rear discharge opening of a flail mower. With the variably and continuously adjustable mulching flap, the discharge opening can always be adjusted to achieve optimum working results while at the same time minimizing power consumption.• The symbol S420 indicates that the main components of the machine are made of a special steel. This steel is particularly tough and resistant to fatigue, which can occur during heavy-duty use, even in the area of weld seams. This high-strength steel is often used in combination with wear inserts.• All mulchers and forestry tillers equipped with replaceable wear plates inside the chassis are marked with the WEARPLATE logo. The wear plates are always made of wear-resistant AR400 steel. Although the plates have a very long service life, it may be necessary to replace them after a certain period of time in applications involving heavy wear.
